Original MerKaBa Activation

Towards a Multi-Dimensional Convergence

In these times of global upheaval, Lydia, Nicole and Solen are offering an afternoon workshop weaving together multiple spiritual traditions so that we may draw closer to our Mother Earth and join forces to channel the light for our personal and collective evolution. Since the beginning of October, several celestial currents have been converging and harmonising: this is what we call cosmic convergence. This period, seen as a window of intensification, amplifies the energy of our practices, our meditations and our ceremonies. By connecting with both the heavens and the Earth, we unite these cosmic and terrestrial currents to strengthen our inner alignment and open ourselves to receiving and contributing to the collective evolutionary journey of the Earth.

Our offering centres on the practice of activating the Original MerKaBa. This activation consists of a heart-opening meditation, which awakens the energy centres in the body and rekindles the sacred power that resides within each person in the circle. Receiving an activation of the Original MerKaBa – as channelled by Lydia T. Buffalo through her decades of shamanic studies in service of the planetary transition – has numerous benefits. It enables us to transmute the limiting ancestral traumas that hinder our evolution, thereby freeing the soul to rise towards its highest expression.

What you are invited to Receive

  • Insights into indigenous spiritual traditions and the use of traditional sacred foods
  • Activation of personal medicines and each individual’s inner power
  • Energetic, physical, emotional and mental cleansing and recalibration
  • Release from trauma (from this life, ancestral lineages and past lives)
  • Soothing and dissolving pain
  • Clarity regarding one’s path and mission: rediscovering one’s purpose
  • Opening channels of communication with one’s spiritual guides
  • Deeper grounding

The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in their inner development and working in service of the Earth and our collective evolution. The programme will be conducted in English and/or French, depending on participants’ needs.

Afternoon Programme

  • We will start by sharing Warana, a sacred food from the Satéré Mawé people of the Amazon; natural energiser, gentle on the nervous system which deepens our awareness and meditative state.
  • Specific intentions and prayers will be offered and shared to provide a strong and coherent direction for our practice.
  • The MerKaBa activation takes place in stages: mantric activation sequences are followed by intuitive group chanting, accompanied by traditional instruments. Participants are invited to be still and attuned to their inner experience.
  • We will bear witness to the opening of our subtle channels during a drumming journey to receive spiritual guidance.
  • Our afternoon will also include integration sessions: yoga nidra, breathing exercises and the sharing of experiences.

The workshop will take place at ViaYoga, Chemin des Perce-Neige 4, 1264 Saint-Cergue,

Who we Are

Lydia and Solen have been working together for nearly 20 years. Together, they have led numerous retreats, ceremonies and workshops in many places around the world. Meeting Nicole propelled them into a broader dimension of service to Mother Earth.

All three have joined their knowledge and practices, creating a multidimensional synergy for individual and collective evolution that unites ethics, sacred ecology, and an animist, multi-traditional spiritual approach. It is rare for them to be physically together, and this workshop is one of those moments. (For more information on our journeys, see the bios below).
