  • Simple, supportive mind-body practices that you can keep developing going forward

Your Hosts
Tanja Kerlo and Nicole Schwab

Tanja and Nicole have been creating and holding circles and journeys for over two decades, bridging the inner and outer dimensions of our lives. Their practices combine guidance through nature and the elements, life transitions, the power of the sacred feminine, intuitive movement and active dreaming.

Tanja Kerlo

Since my 20s, I have been on a quest for meaning and spiritual growth, which has led me to embrace various embodied practices such as yoga, meditation, 5 rhythms dancing and movement medicine. These have enabled me to inhabit my body with greater consciousness and love.

As a mother and professional facilitator, I have grown my ability to be present and to midwife what is ready to emerge. Whilst my career has been focused on collaboration and action, through decades of practice, I have realised how our ability to slow down, feel and listen deeply makes all the difference.

As women, we move through cycles and big life transitions, often carrying multiple responsibilities, yet we rarely have enough space to process and recover. My intention for this retreat is to help create such a space, through deep listening, emotional attunement, intuitive movement, care, and wonder.

Nicole Schwab

While much of my work has been dedicated to restoring and conserving the ecosystems that sustain our lives, in recent years, I have turned my attention more fully towards the inner practices that can weave us back into the web of life.

On my inner explorations, I have followed many spiritual practices, starting with martial arts in my twenties, practicing yoga, meditation and Qi Gong.

I am a certified Dream Teacher from Robert Moss’ School of Active Dreaming, which above all is about reclaiming the power of our creativity and our imagination to bring guidance and healing into our lives.

I have hosted women’s circles for almost a decade and feel grateful to have the opportunity to hold a safe space of belonging, where new insights can emerge, and magic is invited to unfold.
